THE BEST OF THE REST

THE LITTLE THEATRE are currently hosting a short run of Yes Prime Minister, written by the original writers of the successful satirical TV series, with an updated story for the Brexit era. Be quick though, it's only on until Saturday 8th October! Get your tickets here

ATHENA hosts occasional comedy nights that cater for audiences mostly ignored by the other venues. Their next show is on the 4th November and is entitled It's Bants and features the talented Paul Chowdry, with support from KOJO, White Yardie, Alex Blake, Judi Love and more. Get your tickets here.

ATTENBOROUGH ARTS CENTRE plays host to several slightly more theatrical comedy shows, the first of which is entitled An Odd Occasion, described as "a riotous performance and cabaret tea party" which takes place on Friday 28 October. And then on Saturday 26th November, fresh(ish) from their Edinburgh run, Police Cops is a hilarious parody of cop movies, where "even the steering wheel is made out of guns"... should be a giggle! Get your AAC tickets here.

Right that should do you for now - and after two posts absolutely jam-packed with comedic entertainment, don't come moaning to me if you're sitting at home bored "coz there's nothing on in Leicester" - you know you're only lying to yourself... ;)

Until next we interact,
Paul.
